This is a fantastic group of leaders who we are confident are going to help the RLC of Northeast Florida accomplish great things over the next two years. This group will begin identifying goals and putting together a strategy to help us achieve them.
This is a great start to a leadership team, but it is not enough to get us to where we need to go over the next two years. We need to add members to this team. We have Committee Heads and Project Manager roles that will need to be filled. My expectation is that in a group of over 200 – our core leadership team should consist of 20-25 people. This will enable us to accomplish so much!
If you are not one of the 13 elected leaders listed above, then please give some consideration to joining us at one of our Board Meetings, held the last Wednesday of each month at the offices of W.G. Pitts, and taking on a leadership role.
